A Prague Hotel was at the center of a controversy surrounding the Israeli Flag and the Iranian Embassy.
The Iranian Embassy had booked a meeting at a well known Hotel in Prague and just before were shocked to see the "Israeli Flag" was flying high above the hotel, amongst other flags. A diplomat contacted Hotel staff and asked for the flag to be temporarily removed.
The Hotel Manager, reportedly said:
"The (Israeli) flag will remain at the front of the hotel always. If you don’t like it, you are welcome to hold the event at another hotel."
The angry Iranian Embassy staff had no alternative but to continue with the meeting but intend to hold no further meetings at the venue. The Iranian Embassy will be looking for alternative Prague Accommodation in future. Presumably they will want the Iranian Flag to fly high instead in future?
